En los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os, la superficie de cultivos destinados a la confecci\u00f3n de silos se increment\u00f3 en un 300%, al mismo tiempo que creci\u00f3 la adopci\u00f3n de la inoculaci\u00f3n del forraje a ensilar. Esta pr\u00e1ctica evita p\u00e9rdidas y ayuda a aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo el futuro alimento.<\/p>\n

Desde Basf, explican que, a partir de ensayos realizados por el INTA Balcarce, se muestra un aumento del 12% en la producci\u00f3n de leche en silos tratados con su producto LactoSilo Gold respecto a un testigo sin inocular, y un 18% en el desarrollo de carne.<\/p>\n

Destaca que este producto ofrece nuevos beneficios debido a su innovadora formulaci\u00f3n liofilizada, que no requiere la conservaci\u00f3n refrigerada del mismo, lo que facilita la log\u00edstica para los productores y picadores a la hora de utilizarlo.<\/p>\n

Se trata de un inoculante contiene 7 bacterias, entre ellas Lactobacillus buchneri, que brinda una marcada estabilidad aer\u00f3bica luego de la apertura del silaje, impidiendo el aumento el desarrollo de hongos y levaduras no deseadas. Adem\u00e1s, optimiza las caracter\u00edsticas del ensilaje como son el aroma, color, olor y palatabilidad.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan Marcelo Hoyos, gerente t\u00e9cnico de BASF en Argentina: \u201cSiempre es conveniente inocular porque ayuda a mantener la calidad por m\u00e1s tiempo, asegura el proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n y lleva un importante retorno a la inversi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n

Es importante resaltar que esta tecnolog\u00eda se puede aplicar en silajes de alfalfa, ma\u00edz, sorgo, y pasturas.<\/p>\n
