{"id":1808,"date":"2018-03-22T09:02:34","date_gmt":"2018-03-22T12:02:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todoalfalfa.com.ar\/?p=1808"},"modified":"2018-03-22T09:07:15","modified_gmt":"2018-03-22T12:07:15","slug":"farinati-hay-entendimientos-sobre-una-normativa-de-semillas-que-hace-dos-anos-no-estaban","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/farinati-hay-entendimientos-sobre-una-normativa-de-semillas-que-hace-dos-anos-no-estaban\/","title":{"rendered":"Farinati: \u201cHay entendimientos sobre una normativa de semillas que hace dos a\u00f1os no estaban\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cLa falta de una normativa que le permita a las empresas proveedoras de tecnolog\u00eda invertir en el pa\u00eds es clave para poder introducir este tipo de materiales\u201d, destac\u00f3 Juan Farinati, presidente de la filiar Argentina de la multinacional en una entrevista con TodoAlfalfa realizada en el marco de la Expoagro, donde Monsanto se hizo presente con toda su oferta tecnol\u00f3gica en materia de insumos y servicios.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a la nueva normativa de semillas, sobre la cual se espera avance prontamente el Gobierno nacional, Farinati destac\u00f3 que \u201cdurante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o hemos tenido un progreso muy importante, trabajando en conjunto con productores en mesas de di\u00e1logo, lo que arroj\u00f3 buenos entendimientos para trabajar en una futura normativa, una ley o resoluci\u00f3n que permita ordenar ese tema, respecto al uso oneroso, los controles, los pagos por tecnolog\u00eda en gen\u00e9tica, y que se presentaron en diciembre \u00faltimo al Ministerio de Agroindustria. De hecho el actual ministro, en su rol anterior como presidente de la SRA, trabaj\u00f3 activamente en lo que consideramos, es la base normativa para que el pa\u00eds tenga la inversi\u00f3n que se merece en gen\u00e9tica y biotecnolog\u00eda, porque en Argentina, como estamos hoy, quedamos retrasando frente a otros pa\u00edses\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda de tolerancia a glifosato en alfalfa ya ha sido evaluada por organismos internacionales competentes (FDA, Usda) que determinaron que su uso es seguro, por lo que fue posteriormente reglamentado para siembra y comercializaci\u00f3n en varios pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCreo que est\u00e1n dadas las condiciones como para avanzar en un marco que funcione mucho mejor al vigente. Hay entendimientos hoy, que hace dos a\u00f1os no estaban\u201d, remarc\u00f3 el responsable de Monsanto en Argentina, multinacional que posee la patente de esta tecnolog\u00eda para la
