En los sistemas ganaderos de la regi\u00f3n pampeana, la festuca alta es una especie clave tanto en suelos de buena aptitud en combinaci\u00f3n con alfalfa, como en suelos de menor aptitud en pasturas puras o asociada con leguminosas como tr\u00e9boles y lotus.<\/p>\n

En este contexto, en la XVIII Reuni\u00f3n Anual de Forrajeras se presentar\u00e1n desde el sector p\u00fablico y privado avances en el mejoramiento gen\u00e9tico, aspectos relacionados a su distribuci\u00f3n, recomendaciones del manejo del pastoreo para optimizar producci\u00f3n, calidad y persistencia.<\/p>\n

Se abordar\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n las estrategias de fertilizaci\u00f3n apropiada para esta especie y del manejo por ambientes o ganader\u00eda de precisi\u00f3n, con el fin de maximizar la producci\u00f3n de forraje en ambientes heterog\u00e9neos.<\/p>\n

La XVIII Reuni\u00f3n Anual de Forrajeras se realizar\u00e1 el mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de Agosto en el INTA Pergamino a partir de las 8.30 hs. La actividad no se suspende por lluvia y cuenta con entrada libre y gratuita, comprendiendo disertaciones y recorrida de ensayos.<\/p>\n
