San Luis llev\u00f3 a cabo este martes el primer embarque de megafardos de alfalfa, que previo paso por el Puerto de Buenos Aires, partir\u00e1n hacia Arabia Saudita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La producci\u00f3n fue comprada a cinco productores, procesada, compactada, almacenada y vendida por ALFAZAL, la nueva unidad de negocios creada por la Secretar\u00eda de San Luis Log\u00edstica. Son 10 contenedores que partieron por ferrocarril hasta Buenos Aires, con 250 toneladas del valioso forraje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plan Integral Alfalfa San Luis \u201cALFAZAL\u201d es una ambiciosa iniciativa del Gobierno provincial que impulsa la implantaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 10.000 hect\u00e1reas en la degradada Cuenca del Morro para generar el cambio del uso del suelo, en reemplazo del monocultivo de soja y con ello permitir, la absorci\u00f3n de un equivalente mayor al volumen de agua del \u201cDique La Florida\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El plan contempla asesoramiento a los productores para que obtengan alfalfa de alta calidad exportable, mientras que se adquiri\u00f3, un equipo de henificado para los que no cuenten con la maquinaria adecuada para confeccionar rollos y fardos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta primera exportaci\u00f3n de alfalfa que concreta el Gobierno provincial cierra el c\u00edrculo virtuoso pensado para lograr un salto productivo y comercial; y, a su vez, recuperar campos da\u00f1ados por el R\u00edo Nuevo en la Cuenca del Morro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alejandro Tom\u00e1s Mar\u00edn, jefe del Programa Zona de Actividades Log\u00edsticas Agropecuarias, coment\u00f3 que \u201cfueron en este caso cinco los productores que obtuvieron alfalfa de calidad para exportaci\u00f3n, y para la ZAL es un logro poder salir a darle continuidad al trabajo y que se suma a otra de las alternativas a la soja y el ma\u00edz, que son rentables para los productores y cuidan el medioambiente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La primera alfalfa que se produce en la Cuenca del Morro es procesada en la planta de compactaci\u00f3n ubicada en la Zona de Actividades Log\u00edsticas (ZAL), de Villa Mercedes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl mercado para este tipo de mercader\u00edas actualmente lo est\u00e1 desarrollando Medio Oriente y eso nos permite tener previsibilidad, porque el consumo es bastante elevado y est\u00e1 en constante crecimiento\u201d, explic\u00f3 Mart\u00edn Aguirrezabala, jefe del Programa Plataforma Comercio Nacional e Internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El funcionario destac\u00f3 que detr\u00e1s de cada fardo de alfalfa, Medio Ambiente analiza la Huella de Carbono. Adem\u00e1s con el uso del tren, se busca reducir emisiones y a su vez a preservar la Cuenca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una prueba que promete grandes negocios<\/strong>
El secretario de San Luis Log\u00edstica, Sebasti\u00e1n Lavandeira, anunci\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que el 21 de julio se enviar\u00e1n al Estado de Catar, en el Golfo P\u00e9rsico, 150 toneladas de alfalfa premium, que abrir\u00e1n la puerta para un acuerdo comercial de proporciones importantes, que alcanzar\u00e1 las 15 mil toneladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ser\u00e1 la segunda venta al exterior de fardos de alfalfa compactados que el Gobierno provincial concreta en julio, con la diferencia que la primera no fue una venta directa sino que intervino la C\u00e1mara Argentina Emirat\u00ed.<\/p>\n
