El evento contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de expertos de Estados Unidos, Nueva Zelanda, Brasil, Uruguay y Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El rol de las pasturas perennes en los sistemas lecheros, avances del sistema intensivo a pasto con suplementaci\u00f3n, ganader\u00eda, carbono y cambio clim\u00e1tico, pastoreo, rol e impacto en el mejoramiento forrajero y un panel con 4 productores ganaderos que hablaran sobre el manejo y las bondades de sus sistemas productivos, forman parte de la oferta de capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCuando hablas de sostenibilidad est\u00e1s hablando de los sistemas de rotaci\u00f3n, de c\u00f3mo vamos a hacer agricultura y ganader\u00eda en el mundo, y en Argentina. Al tema de sostenibilidad lo abordamos con foco en el forraje, que implica biomasa y fotos\u00edntesis. Desde nuestra investigaci\u00f3n, la sostenibilidad es la capacidad de tener plantas que hagan fotos\u00edntesis, que facturen y generen carb\u00f3n en el sistema. Miramos a la sostenibilidad desde el forraje y su perennidad\u201d, explic\u00f3 Amadeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su alocuci\u00f3n, resalta que para que un sistema sea sostenible, debe ser repetible, y el pasto tiene que ser el sustento sobre el cual una actividad debe ser sostenible en el tiempo. Para ello la eficiencia es clave. Hacer bien lo simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no pensar en el forraje para el suelo?<\/strong><br>\u201cProponemos abordar el tema de la sostenibilidad cambiando el concepto que damos muchas veces por sentado. Miremos el forraje, no solamente para carne y leche. Investigamos forraje para que el suelo sea mejor y las rotaciones m\u00e1s sostenibles\u201d destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello, el simposio contar\u00e1 con la presencia de expertos como Frank Mitloehner, Profesor y especialista del Departamento de Ciencia Animal de la Universidad de Davis (EEUU), Wagner Beskow, productor y consultor brasilero, Derrick Moot, profesor de la Facultad de Agricultura y Ciencias de la Vida, Univesidad de Lincoln (Nueva Zelanda), Charlie Brummer, Director y Profesor, Centro de Mejoramiento Vegetal de la Universidad de Davis (EEUU), Santiago Fari\u00f1a, Director de Investigaci\u00f3n en INIA Uruguay y German Berone, Especialista en Pasturas del INTA EEA Balcarce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHay que animarse a pensar en el uso eficaz de los recursos. No tenemos una ganader\u00eda de consecuencias sino de objetivos. Hay que tomar la delantera, tener claro a donde apuntamos. Esto est\u00e1 muy vinculado tambi\u00e9n al factor humano y c\u00f3mo manejamos el resto de las variables\u201d agrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento ser\u00e1 transmitido por el canal de YouTube de Gentos.
