Es uno de los cultivos domesticados m\u00e1s antiguos del mundo que se cultiva en seis continentes y es el cuarto cultivo econ\u00f3mico m\u00e1s importante en los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bajo este escenario, el Congreso Mundial de la Alfalfa re\u00fane a cient\u00edficos, agricultores, estudiantes y empresas de alfalfa experimentados de todo el mundo para aprender unos de otros sobre la tecnolog\u00eda de producci\u00f3n, la econom\u00eda, la gen\u00e9tica y las interacciones ambientales de este importante cultivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo principal es brindar una oportunidad para la interacci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, la divulgaci\u00f3n relevante para los productores, el intercambio de conocimientos de alto nivel, y una oportunidad para la interacci\u00f3n comercial de participantes de muchas partes del mundo sobre la producci\u00f3n, utilizaci\u00f3n y mejora de la alfalfa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicho Congreso es organizado entre diferentes entidades internacionales, como ser: CAFA, NAFA, INTA Argentina, USDA, INRAE, CIDE, UC Davis, FGI, CGS, CAIA, AEFA, CAU, Corteva; donde destacamos la participaci\u00f3n de los Dres. Daniel Basigalup y Ariel Odorizzi, t\u00e9cnicos del INTA EEA Manfredi (C\u00f3rdoba).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la organizaci\u00f3n se invita a enviar un resumen electr\u00f3nicamente sobre cualquier aspecto de la investigaci\u00f3n de la alfalfa. Esto puede incluir: mejoramiento gen\u00e9tico \/ gen\u00e9tica \/ gen\u00f3mica; pr\u00e1cticas agron\u00f3micas; sanidad \/ fertilidad del suelo; beneficios ambientales \/ cambio clim\u00e1tico; calidad \/ utilizaci\u00f3n del forraje; nuevos usos; equipos y econom\u00eda \/ comercio mundial (hasta el 21\/05\/2022): <a
