{"id":46052,"date":"2023-11-01T15:05:05","date_gmt":"2023-11-01T18:05:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/?p=46052"},"modified":"2023-11-01T15:05:07","modified_gmt":"2023-11-01T18:05:07","slug":"sortear-la-crisis-y-sostener-la-produccion-de-alfalfa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/sortear-la-crisis-y-sostener-la-produccion-de-alfalfa\/","title":{"rendered":"Sortear la crisis y sostener la producci\u00f3n de alfalfa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Como en gran parte del pa\u00eds, la alfalfa en Chaco atraviesa complicaciones y reci\u00e9n gracias a las lluvias registradas en las \u00faltimas horas, los cultivos respiran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, los productores de alfalfa que est\u00e1n distribuidos en diversos sectores de la regi\u00f3n productiva retomaron sus esperanzas con la ca\u00edda de agua que promete sostenerse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sostienen que esta regi\u00f3n podr\u00eda transformarse en un polo alfalfero. \u201cTodos coincidimos en que es posible\u201d, indic\u00f3 Germ\u00e1n Sanko, de Colonia Necochea, Las Bre\u00f1as. En busca de poner en valor el producto y obtener mas rentabilidad, trabajan en sumar mas conocimiento y nuevas tecnolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que acompa\u00f1e el clima, es crucial<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los productores entienden y saben que es importante \u201cpegar buenas lluvias\u201d. Es el propio Sanko quien afirma: \u201c<strong>l<\/strong>a rentabilidad es un tema en el que no hay que fallar con el cuidado del cultivo\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, desde Mes\u00f3n de Fierro, Giancarlo Langelotti apunta que la oferta excesiva \u201cdesvirt\u00faa el negocio interno y deben salir a ganar mercados fuera de la provincia, lo que genera mayores costos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, explica que apuntar al mercado exportador es complejo por \u201clos requisitos\u201d que hay que cumplimentar. Agreg\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que \u201clos compradores juegan a la suya, pagan lo que quieren y en pesos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro productor que opin\u00f3 desde Las Bre\u00f1as fue Gustavo Asselborn, quien destac\u00f3 la ventaja de la alfalfa por \u201csu ciclo corto que permite en cuarenta d\u00edas ya se estar cort\u00e1ndola\u201d, pero adem\u00e1s agreg\u00f3 que: \u201chay mucha demanda del mercado interno\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la par, suma otro dato interesante: \u00abhay oportunidades todos los meses, cosa que un cultivo cualquiera no la tiene, y si se pudiera complementar con otra actividad, como la ganader\u00eda, sobre todo un feedlot, ser\u00eda muy bueno\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valor a un cultivo generoso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La apuesta de los productores chaque\u00f1os por la alfalfa es para destacar, pero buscan la forma de aumentar la rentabilidad. \u00abDeber\u00eda tener alg\u00fan incentivo para fomentar su siembra, ya que la alfalfa ocupa una importante cantidad de mano de obra, y es constante el movimiento.
