Entienden desde la empresa espa\u00f1ola que el potencial en nuestro pa\u00eds es amplio y hay mucho por crecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn Argentina, el potencial de Alfalfa es bestial\u201d, destac\u00f3 a este cronista el espa\u00f1ol Juan Jos\u00e9 Ayerbe, gerente de la empresa, quien fue uno de los disertantes en la Plenaria Anual del Cl\u00faster de Alfalfa que se desarroll\u00f3 en Sinsacate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El viernes 10 de noviembre, en horas del mediod\u00eda, subi\u00f3 al escenario para explicar \u201cel caso Espa\u00f1a\u201d. Ayerbe sostuvo que desde \u2018El Viejo Continente\u2019 \u201cvemos que se trabaja en la expansi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, la exportaci\u00f3n, la importaci\u00f3n\u201d, pero los productores -entiende- encuentran un \u2018freno\u2019 ya que, \u201csobre todo en la exportaci\u00f3n de alfalfa, se ven limitados por las pocas facilidades que se tiene para la inversi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div riego<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El empresario espa\u00f1ol explic\u00f3 que \u201cdesde hace a\u00f1os en Espa\u00f1a no se concibe un campo sin infraestructura de riego, afortunadamente tenemos todas las cuencas fluviales con regulaciones y con ello tenemos infraestructuras que hacen que esta agua pueda llegar a cada campo, que cuenta con un contador y un ordenador, que le permite a la gente regar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/riego-por-goteo-solar-mas-eficiencia-mas-produccion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Riego por goteo solar: m\u00e1s eficiencia, m\u00e1s producci\u00f3n<\/a><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Producir calidad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En otro tramo de la conversaci\u00f3n, el gerente de APISA, dijo que \u201cel mercado nos va a sorprender exigiendo que la alfalfa que se exporte en fardos tenga una calidad excelente, suprema\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entiende Ayerbe que \u201ctodo lo que baje de calidad en el fardo tendr\u00e1 que ser pellet o ir\u00e1 a mezclas con otros productos, con lo cual el precio va a ser baj\u00edsimo\u201d, y remarc\u00f3: \u201ccreo que la gran sorpresa va a ser una diferenciaci\u00f3n de calidades con unos precios bastante escalonados\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Argentina, a nivel mundial<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a trabajo de campo, recolecci\u00f3n y maquinaria, Ayerbe entiende que la producci\u00f3n Argentina \u201cest\u00e1 a la altura\u201d ya que los campos de aqu\u00ed requieren \u00faltima tecnolog\u00eda por sus extensiones y la maquinaria que se est\u00e1 empleando es la que se emplea en el resto del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, explic\u00f3 que los productores y empresarios est\u00e1n empezando a apostar al deshidratado o al menos, entienden la necesidad de hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal es as\u00ed que su empresa le vendi\u00f3 a un productor de Jes\u00fas Mar\u00eda \u201cuna m\u00e1quina para hacer fardos de alta densidad con alfalfa todav\u00eda secada en el campo. Si la cosa va yendo bien, creemos que en un par de a\u00f1os estaremos haciendo ya la deshidratadora para asegurar que el producto que se hace es acorde a lo que requiere el mercado internacional\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/alfalfa-podran-adquirir-riegos-y-pagarlo-con-produccion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alfalfa: Podr\u00e1n adquirir riegos y pagarlos con producci\u00f3n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Es que \u201cel mundo pide calidad, pide fibra, pero los mercados internos tambi\u00e9n deber\u00edan exigir eso para que la vara se levante y que no haya terceras opciones. En Espa\u00f1a el consumo interno no es tan grande como la exportaci\u00f3n, pero el consumo interno requiere unos m\u00ednimos de calidad. De hecho, la alfalfa que queda en Espa\u00f1a tiene la misma calidad que sale fuera\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, al ser consultado sobre la situaci\u00f3n que se vive en el mercado local con la sequ\u00eda que elev\u00f3 el precio del producto interno, Ayerbe fue claro: \u201cEn Espa\u00f1a decimos que hay veces que hay que saber perder para ganar. Cuando toca hay que saber perder para mantener el mercado y seguir ganando durante el resto de los a\u00f1os\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con China como principal comprador y Emiratos \u00c1rabes siendo un mercado destacado, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es el mercado a descubrir, a explotar para los exportadores?
