Sostenida por el valor del mercado interno y la puja de los mercados externos que buscan alimentar a sus animales, el contexto puede considerarse \u201cfavorable\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los precios moment\u00e1neos y algunas complicaciones transitorias, parece el cultivo tener un horizonte algo m\u00e1s claro. visibility: hidden;\" title=\"\u00abLa Alfalfa se sienta en la mesa de la soja y el ma\u00edz\u00bb \u2014 Todo Alfalfa\" src=\"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/la-alfalfa-se-sienta-en-la-mesa-de-la-soja-y-el-maiz\/embed\/#?secret=3kWmsFSrPD#?secret=pkFwwkpkN7\" data-secret=\"pkFwwkpkN7\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCreo que s\u00ed, creo que tenemos las condiciones como para que sea el segundo o tercer cultivo o deber\u00eda serlo\u201d, aunque reconoci\u00f3 que \u201cestamos dando reci\u00e9n los primeros pasos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi bien se est\u00e1n haciendo gestiones en muchas provincias, no solamente en C\u00f3rdoba, sino en otras provincias, el desaf\u00edo es mucho mayor. Me parece que a nivel nacional todav\u00eda la venimos corriendo atr\u00e1s\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Durso es necesario \u201cjuntarnos m\u00e1s\u201d, sugiere trabajar en forma asociativa entre los diferentes organismos, instituciones, gobiernos. \u201cNo hay forma en el ma\u00edz, en la soja, en la alfalfa, de hacer las cosas por lo menos sustentables en el tiempo, si no se trabaja de esa manera\u201d, apunta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Jos\u00e9 Ayerbe, de Apisa manifest\u00f3 que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/el-potencial-de-la-alfalfa-en-argentina-no-tiene-techo\/\">\u201cpara ganar hay que saber perder\u201d<\/a> y en esa l\u00ednea se mantuvo Durso al reconocer que la \u201cexportaci\u00f3n tiene eso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa gente que est\u00e1 en esto sabe muy bien que hay a\u00f1os que va a ganar con la exportaci\u00f3n, hay a\u00f1os que por ah\u00ed no tanto o por ah\u00ed va a perder\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, reclam\u00f3 pol\u00edticas claras para que el mercado local y el exportador puedan convivir. \u201cMe parece que lo que falta en esto es una pol\u00edtica de exportaci\u00f3n. Estamos justamente con el tema del d\u00f3lar, con el tipo de cambio. Hay herramientas como para poder defender a esa empresa\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstar en un mercado de exportaci\u00f3n requiere un mont\u00f3n de cosas detr\u00e1s que muchas veces no se ven. No todo el mundo est\u00e1 en condici\u00f3n de exportar. La calidad de lo que se produce no siempre es exportable. Entonces tenemos que tener pol\u00edticas claras para eso. Me parece que es lo que falta, pol\u00edticas que promocionen a las empresas a exportar\u201d, reclam\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La necesidad de \u201cestandarizar\u201d la calidad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando desde TodoAlfalfa se trabaj\u00f3 para la conformaci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara Argentina de Alfalfa \u201cse comenz\u00f3 a idear junto a INTA la estandarizaci\u00f3n de la calidad\u201d, sostuvo Durso por lo que podemos decir que desde hace m\u00e1s de seis a\u00f1os que se insiste en que \u201cArgentina tiene que tener los est\u00e1ndares de calidad igual a lo que exige el mundo\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl d\u00eda que empecemos a diferenciarnos en cuestiones de prote\u00edna, organol\u00e9pticas, de que se pague m\u00e1s caro la gente va a empezar a trabajar diferente\u201d, pero al no haber ning\u00fan est\u00e1ndar de calidad \u201cparece que cualquier fardo, mientras sea verde, tenga hoja, se paga lo mismo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entiende Durso tambi\u00e9n que urge la \u201cprofesionalizaci\u00f3n, aplicar tecnolog\u00edas, que haya pol\u00edticas que permitan aplicarlas, acceso al cr\u00e9dito.
