Los problemas generados por las complicaciones para importar a ra\u00edz de la falta de d\u00f3lares se hacen sentir en cada uno de los sectores del pa\u00eds. La situaci\u00f3n no es ajena en el sector forrajero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las trabajas para importar semillas se hacen sentir, y el tiempo es \u201coro\u201d si tenemos en cuenta que los productores realizan sus compras a fin de a\u00f1o para comenzar a sembrar en el periodo febrero-marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En una entrevista con La Naci\u00f3n campo, Enrique Bay\u00e1 Casal, titular de un comercio del ramo, indic\u00f3 que \u201cdesde el oto\u00f1o de 2022 se liberaron poqu\u00edsimas SIRA para estos productos, lo que provoc\u00f3 una interrupci\u00f3n de los embarques desde los pa\u00edses proveedores\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl 90% de la semilla de alfalfa que se utiliza en la Argentina es importada, mientras que el 50% de la festuca y del pasto ovillo tiene el mismo origen\u201d, agrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las dem\u00e1s semillas forrajeras \u2013cebadilla, raigr\u00e1s, avena, cebada, tr\u00e9boles y lotus\u2013 son de producci\u00f3n nacional. La cosecha empieza en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas y no se prev\u00e9n inconvenientes para el abastecimiento si el clima sigue acompa\u00f1ando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las restricciones para importar tambi\u00e9n se sufrieron en la campa\u00f1a pasada, pero el efecto fue menor porque la seca pulveriz\u00f3 las intenciones de siembra de muchos ganaderos. En el presente ciclo la situaci\u00f3n cambia porque hay poqu\u00edsimo carry y se prev\u00e9 un marco clim\u00e1tico favorable para las implantaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Positividad para lo que viene<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tal como venimos explicando desde nuestro portal<\/a>, el sector se muestra expectante tras el resultado de las elecciones. En ese sentido, Bay\u00e1 Casal estima que la liberaci\u00f3n de SIRA seguir\u00e1 con cuentagotas hasta el 10 de diciembre, pero que el triunfo de Javier Milei animar\u00e1 a muchos importadores a embarcar mercader\u00eda en origen, en el entendimiento que las SIRA ser\u00e1n liberadas a mayor ritmo por las nuevas autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mientras tanto, los valores (aproximados) que se manejan en el mercado son: festuca, de 5,8 a 7 d\u00f3lares por kilo; pasto ovillo, de 5,9 a 6,15; agropiro, a 6,1, y cebadilla, de 2,3 a 2,5 d\u00f3lares por kilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La semilla de alfalfa se encareci\u00f3 en el mundo, localmente, las variedades de grupo 6 a 9 se venden a US$11 por kilo; las de grupo 9, de 10,5 a 15; tr\u00e9bol blanco, de 6,3 a 6,5; tr\u00e9bol rojo, de 7,7 a 8; lotus tenuis y corniculatus, a 11,5; avena, de 0,65 a 0,85; el centeno, muy afectado por seca y heladas, se comercializa de 0, 7 a 0,8; vicia, de 1,9 a 2, y raigr\u00e1s anual, de 2,3 a 2,5 d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hacia adelante, el empresario estima que con el correr de los d\u00edas cobrar\u00e1n fuerza las ventas para la campa\u00f1a de siembra de pasturas por las buenas perspectivas para los precios ganaderos, la necesidad de recuperar la oferta forrajera tras la sequ\u00eda y por una disponibilidad comercial que no ser\u00e1 holgada por el retraso de las importaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
