En TodoAlfalfa dialogamos con Horacio Gallarino ingeniero agr\u00f3nomo y director t\u00e9cnico y comercial de la empresa Palo Verde SRL que se dedica al rubro semillero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que no fue solo un mal a\u00f1o para la alfalfa \u201cyo dir\u00eda que para la Argentina en todo sentido\u201d y agreg\u00f3: \u201crealmente un a\u00f1o para el olvido, para que termine pronto, para que no venga nunca m\u00e1s algo como lo que nos ha pasado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cambio de gobierno genera esperanzas. \u201cEs obviamente lo que uno espera, que comience un nuevo ciclo para que esto cambie realmente, pero cambie profundamente, de tal forma que impulse o reimpulse todo lo que es la actividad profesional, privada, b\u00e1sicamente porque ha sido muy castigada y es la impulsora de la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos trabajos, de la incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, en todo sentido lo digo, no solamente para la alfalfa\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo que respecta al mercado alfalfero, indic\u00f3 que \u201csi bien ha sido un a\u00f1o malo, porque ese es b\u00e1sicamente el t\u00edtulo que hay que ponerle, hay cosas que a lo mejor nos han hecho pensar\u201d y remarc\u00f3: \u201cse dice que de cada crisis sale alguna idea potable y yo creo que va a ser as\u00ed\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la positividad de Gallarino est\u00e1 relacionada a la designaci\u00f3n de Fernando Vilella como responsable de la secretaria de Agricultura que pasar\u00e1 a llamarse \u201cbioeconom\u00eda\u201d, y remarca \u201cyo creo que va a venir bien para el sector, porque esos son aires nuevos. No tenemos, para quienes estamos trabajando desde hace muchos a\u00f1os en esto, no tenemos esa nueva mirada y yo creo que ese es muy importante\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que si la posici\u00f3n de Vilella incomoda es positivo porque \u201csi incomoda permite progresar, ir mas all\u00e1. Si eso no hubiera sucedido hoy estar\u00edamos andando en Ford Falcon\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMe interesa mucho esa perspectiva, esa visi\u00f3n, para poder incorporar la biodiversidad, sobre todo para quienes estamos trabajando desde hace mucho tiempo, en nuevos aspectos.
