El presidente de la Confederaci\u00f3n de Asociaciones Rurales de Buenos Aires y La Pampa, Horacio Salverry, declar\u00f3 que no es necesario cambiar ni adherir a ninguna nueva normativa. Para la entidad, la discusi\u00f3n no para por adherir a una u otra, sino en discutir una nueva ley de semillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEn UPOV 91 aparecen mucho m\u00e1s afilados los derechos del obtentor que los del productor, en cuanto a la semilla, en cuanto a las autorizaciones que debe pedir y una cantidad de cuestiones que se plantean\u201d, aclaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEntendemos que no es necesaria la adhesi\u00f3n a eso, creemos que lo que s\u00ed es necesario es la conformaci\u00f3n de una ley de semillas que sea interpretada. En la que se reconozcan los eventos del obtentor y se tenga que tener un reconocimiento econ\u00f3mico por el mismo<\/p>\n
