{"id":46780,"date":"2024-02-10T10:03:12","date_gmt":"2024-02-10T13:03:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/?p=46780"},"modified":"2024-02-10T10:03:14","modified_gmt":"2024-02-10T13:03:14","slug":"la-alfalfa-un-buen-ingrediente-para-una-buena-produccion-de-leche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/la-alfalfa-un-buen-ingrediente-para-una-buena-produccion-de-leche\/","title":{"rendered":"La alfalfa un buen \u201cingrediente\u201d para una \u201cbuena producci\u00f3n de leche\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El amplio abanico de ponentes tuvo a Marc Piera, Socio fundador de CVTona Consultors SLP, disertando en el Centro Cultural Miguel Delibes de Valladolid sobre el \u201cinter\u00e9s y las oportunidades del uso de alfalfa deshidratada en la alimentaci\u00f3n del vacuno de leche\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En di\u00e1logo con TodoAlfalfa destac\u00f3: \u201cLa alfalfa es un buen ingrediente que, introducida en una raci\u00f3n bien balanceada, hace buena producci\u00f3n de leche\u201d, a su vez destac\u00f3 que es mejor brind\u00e1rsela al animal libre, que lo coma cuando quiera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cActualmente en la alimentaci\u00f3n del vacuno de leche en producci\u00f3n intensiva trabajamos con raciones total mezcladas, mezclamos todos los ingredientes: forraje, concentrados, subproductos, parte de mineral, lo mezclamos todo y se lo ofrecemos a las vacas a libre disposici\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 y agreg\u00f3: \u201cque tengan comida todo el d\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, puntualiz\u00f3 que \u201clo que nos interesa es que consuman m\u00e1s, incentivamos el consumo arrimando, dando m\u00e1s comida, poniendo equipos de ventilaci\u00f3n, mejorando el estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico\u201d, para generar bienestar en las vacas y de esa manera consumen m\u00e1s alfalfa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Marc-Piera.jpg?resize=320%2C320&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-46781\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Marc-Piera.jpg?w=320&amp;ssl=1 320w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Marc-Piera.jpg?resize=300%2C300&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Marc-Piera.jpg?resize=150%2C150&amp;ssl=1 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Marc Piera &#8211; Socio fundador de CVTona Consultors SLP<br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La conservaci\u00f3n del alimento en \u00e9pocas de altas temperaturas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El experto manifest\u00f3 que \u201csobre todo en el verano y en la \u00e9poca de estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico la alfalfa tiene un componente muy importante que es el potasio\u201d. Por lo tanto, sobre todo a nivel de balance mineral tenemos que suplementar las recomendaciones que suplementemos para compensar las p\u00e9rdidas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es all\u00ed que surge un punto importante sobre la conservaci\u00f3n. \u201cAl ser un forraje seco, si la tenemos bien almacenada y en un lugar abrigado del sol y de la lluvia y bien pavimentado, no hay problemas de conservaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, es importante saber que \u201cuna vez mezclada con el resto de ingredientes, en verano es un poco m\u00e1s cr\u00edtico, porque si hay mucha humedad en el total de la raci\u00f3n, ah\u00ed s\u00ed se pueden dar fermentaciones indeseables\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que sugiere analizar las formar y momentos de alimentar y \u201cpartir la comida\u201d para que &nbsp;en lugar de alimentar a los animales una sola vez, sean dos o tres veces al d\u00eda, \u201ccon lo cual se mantiene exactamente igual de fresca\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para concluir, destac\u00f3 que en s\u00ed \u201cla alfalfa no pierde la calidad. Lo que pierde la calidad es la mezcla\u201d y lo relacion\u00f3 con un alimento en nuestra cocina: \u201cun buen producto tambi\u00e9n hay que manejarlo bien. Si se cocina mal, el resultado es malo, aunque el producto sea bueno. Entonces digamos que es un tema m\u00e1s de cocina y de manejo de alimentaci\u00f3n en la explotaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entrevista: Sof\u00eda Revenga &#8211; Asociaci\u00f3n de la Prensa de
