La producci\u00f3n de alfalfa parece ir ganando terreno en la pampa h\u00fameda a ra\u00edz de la baja del precio a nivel internacional de la soja, el ma\u00edz y el trigo. Con un panorama \u201cnegro\u201d, el productor comenz\u00f3 a mirar con buenos ojos a la \u201creina de las forrajeras\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meses atr\u00e1s asegur\u00e1bamos que la alfalfa se sentaba en la mesa con la soja y el ma\u00edz y hoy se confirma lo que analiz\u00e1bamos con el referente del INTA Manfredi, Gast\u00f3n Urrets Zavalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mariano Lancioni, de KUHN maquinarias, dialog\u00f3 con TodoAlfalfa y reconoci\u00f3 la \u201ccuriosidad\u201d de productores agropecuarios que no son del rubro forrajero pero que tienen intenciones de incorporar producci\u00f3n de alfalfa para diversificar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHoy los n\u00fameros de soja, de ma\u00edz no son los mejores y en algunas zonas la alfalfa est\u00e1 muy bien vista, hay industrializadores cerca, comercializadores, exportadores que est\u00e1n metiendo muchas fichas\u201d, explic\u00f3 y valor\u00f3 al cultivo porque brinda \u201cun poco m\u00e1s de estabilidad en algunas cosas, y con precios internacionales que no est\u00e1n mal y que son m\u00e1s o menos constantes a lo largo del a\u00f1o, y eso repercute en la forma de consultar, de ver, de cambiar y diversificar cada producci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan Lancioni, un productor que quiere sumarse al mundo forrajero lo primero que pide es \u201casesoramiento\u201d busca \u201cconocer las diferencias entre distintos tipos de maquinaria, segadoras, rastrillos, rotoenfadadoras\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero tambi\u00e9n \u201chay muchos productores con intenciones de tecnificar su producci\u00f3n; de pasar de una desmalezadora a una segadora, de rastrillos estelares a girosc\u00f3picos, apuntando a un producto de mejor calidad, a un producto de exportaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n
