Con vistas al invierno, muchos productores aprendieron de los errores y buscar\u00e1n \u201ccubrirse\u201d con alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ingeniera Andrea Bolletta, del INTA Bordenave, explic\u00f3 que \u201cpara la producci\u00f3n de carne a pasto hay que incorporar especies leguminosas a sistemas pastoriles\u201d y agreg\u00f3: \u201cHay especies que presentan taninos y esos compuestos, producidos naturalmente, permiten aportar mayores niveles de nitr\u00f3geno al suelo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ello, seg\u00fan la especialista, \u201cdisminuye la perdida de nitr\u00f3geno al suelo y adem\u00e1s, aporta nitr\u00f3geno natural. Nos independizamos del aporte de nitr\u00f3geno de fertilizando nitrogenados\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destaca tambi\u00e9n el aporte econ\u00f3mico y ambiental que aporta, porque el nitr\u00f3geno que se agrega \u201cf\u00e1cilmente se pierde en el curso de agua o en la atmosfera\u201d, sin embargo, el que proviene de manera natural \u201cse incorpora al suelo y esta disponible para ser absorbido por las plantas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 la ingeniera, (en un viejo informe que no pierde valor recuperarlo para tener en cuenta diversos aspectos a la hora de planificar) que \u201cno solo los taninos de las plantas producen este beneficio sino que las animales, cuando consumen, se unen a la prote\u00edna de la pastura, y en lugar de perderse por orina es eliminado por materia fecal aportando mayor materia org\u00e1nica al sistema\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para concluir, la experta destac\u00f3 que \u201ces fundamental la incorporaci\u00f3n de leguminosas, y complementar con gram\u00edneas para secuestrar carbono a trav\u00e9s del sistema de ra\u00edces que producen estas especies\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foto: @VascoGarcianda<\/p>\n<div class=\"todoalfalfa-final-de-la-nota\" id=\"todoalfalfa-411434296\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whatsapp.com\/channel\/0029VbCBmFB9WtBxJsD3eC2i\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"5\"><img src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/5.gif?fit=728%2C90&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\"  width=\"728\" height=\"90\"   \/><\/a><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los especialistas explicaron que para lograr una respuesta adecuada a dicha pregunta se debe incluir \u201cleguminosas\u201d con complementaci\u00f3n de \u201cgram\u00edneas\u201d.
