{"id":47684,"date":"2024-08-27T20:32:53","date_gmt":"2024-08-27T23:32:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/?p=47684"},"modified":"2024-08-27T20:32:56","modified_gmt":"2024-08-27T23:32:56","slug":"la-bolsa-blanca-la-limitante-de-la-alfalfa-que-intenta-seguir-creciendo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/la-bolsa-blanca-la-limitante-de-la-alfalfa-que-intenta-seguir-creciendo\/","title":{"rendered":"La \u201cbolsa blanca\u201d, la limitante de la alfalfa que intenta seguir creciendo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El mercado de alfalfa en Argentina tuvo en el \u00faltimo tiempo una serie de vaivenes importante destac\u00f3 el ingeniero Juan Lus. \u201cTenemos claro que Argentina es un pa\u00eds fuertemente alfalfero, est\u00e1 dentro del segundo o tercer lugar en el mundo en importancia\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa superficie sembrada de alfalfa en Argentina es bastante estable, quiz\u00e1s con un leve crecimiento producto de estas nuevas intencionalidades de generar este producto nuevo que es el heno de alfalfa\u201d, indic\u00f3 y asegur\u00f3 que \u201ces un producto que lleg\u00f3 a la Argentina para quedarse y que va a ir creciendo en la medida que las tecnolog\u00edas y las normativas comerciales nos permitan avanzar en ese sentido\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una charla con TodoAlfalfa, el experto abord\u00f3 los problemas de la \u201cbolsa blanca\u201d y adelant\u00f3: \u201chace que los n\u00fameros sean a veces un poco enga\u00f1osos respecto de cu\u00e1l es la superficie que cubre la alfalfa en Argentina\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando hablamos de bolsa blanca, hablamos de \u201csemilla que no tiene ning\u00fan tipo de trazabilidad, que no tiene ning\u00fan tipo de aislamiento al momento de la producci\u00f3n, por m\u00e1s que tenga un seguimiento t\u00e9cnico, no tiene trazabilidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que sucede cuando no hay seguimiento t\u00e9cnico: \u201cesa bolsa blanca puede ser cualquier cosa, podes incorporar una serie de malezas sumamente complicadas, de muy dif\u00edcil erradicaci\u00f3n en el cultivo, como puede llegar a ser la c\u00facuta, como puede ser el chucho colorado, como puede ser un mont\u00f3n de otras malezas complejas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero Lus aclar\u00f3 que \u201caun teniendo seguimiento t\u00e9cnico, al no tener trazabilidad en el cultivo, puede generar problema al heno\u201d, un producto que viene en crecimiento pleno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese a que algunos productores intentan no darle importancia a la bolsa blanca, Lus remarca que \u201crepresenta un problema\u201d. Entiende que \u201csi vos vas a hacer heno con plantas que est\u00e1n contaminadas, cuando el exportador las recibe puede generarse un problema muy grande\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, pidi\u00f3 \u201cno escupir el asado\u201d a un proceso que viene en crecimiento y en el que Argentina puede tener un destacado lugar sin la cosa contin\u00faa por ese camino. \u201cEs muy dif\u00edcil utilizar agua para transformar agua en pasto, y en Argentina tenemos.
