As\u00ed lo manifest\u00f3 Jos\u00e9 Jauregui a nuestro medio al ser consultado sobre lo que ser\u00e1 la muestra los d\u00edas 13 y 14 de noviembre en Esperanza, Santa Fe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El profesor Adjunto de la C\u00e1tedra de Forrajes de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la UNL manifest\u00f3: \u201ces un gran placer y un honor poder ser parte del equipo que est\u00e1 armando esta Expo Alfa 2024\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVa a haber una diversidad muy grande de temas y vamos a estar trabajando sobre distintos ejes, va a haber tem\u00e1ticas bien diversas, pero siempre con el foco en la alfalfa como la reina de las forrajeras\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El amplio programa abordar\u00e1 desde potenciales productivos hasta c\u00f3mo maximizar el consumo, pasando por avances gen\u00e9ticos, conservaci\u00f3n. Con un panorama diverso, el objetivo es que productores, t\u00e9cnicos, catedr\u00e1ticos, tengan un espacio para debatir y generar espacios&nbsp;<em>de conversaci\u00f3n sobre la alfalfa.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta propuesta, lo encuentra a Jauregui con dos charlas. La primera ser\u00e1 en el auditorio mayor, dentro del programa principal donde hablar\u00e1 sobre \u201cBrechas productivas en alfalfa\u201d, pero tambi\u00e9n este ingeniero agr\u00f3nomo con un amplio recorrido ser\u00e1 parte de las charlas que se dar\u00e1n en las jornadas para estudiantes. All\u00ed, el tema que expondr\u00e1 ser\u00e1 \u201cProducci\u00f3n y aprovechamiento de alfalfa para maximizar la producci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que la regi\u00f3n donde se desarrollar\u00e1 ExpoAlfa se encuentra dentro de la cuenca Santa Fe Centro que es \u201cuna de las cuencas lecheras m\u00e1s importantes del pa\u00eds y la base de la producci\u00f3n de leche y la base de la producci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n de algunos sistemas de carne est\u00e1 en el pasto y el pasto mayormente representado por la alfalfa\u201d, sostuvo y agreg\u00f3: \u201ccreemos que es una jornada que va a ser de mucha relevancia para productores, no solamente de esta zona sino de otras regiones del pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para cerrar, analiz\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 un bueno momento para empezar tambi\u00e9n a pensar de aqu\u00ed hacia adelante cu\u00e1les son los desaf\u00edos productivos y c\u00f3mo maximizar la producci\u00f3n, pero sobre todo c\u00f3mo apuntar a hacer m\u00e1s sostenibles los sistemas productivos tanto de producci\u00f3n de leche como de producci\u00f3n de carne\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: <a href=\"https:\/\/expoalfa.com.ar\/alfalfa\/la-lupa-en-la-reina-de-las-forrajeras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ExpoAlfa<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"todoalfalfa-final-de-la-nota\" id=\"todoalfalfa-2380945425\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whatsapp.com\/channel\/0029VbCBmFB9WtBxJsD3eC2i\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"5\"><img src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/5.gif?fit=728%2C90&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\"  width=\"728\" height=\"90\"   \/><\/a><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A d&iacute;as de que inicie una nueva edici&oacute;n de ExpoAlfa, las expectativas aumentan.
