{"id":48287,"date":"2024-12-10T16:28:05","date_gmt":"2024-12-10T19:28:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/?p=48287"},"modified":"2024-12-11T12:41:57","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T15:41:57","slug":"la-alfalfa-convoca-a-productores-para-seguir-creciendo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/la-alfalfa-convoca-a-productores-para-seguir-creciendo\/","title":{"rendered":"La alfalfa convoca a productores para seguir creciendo\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En la \u00faltima edici\u00f3n de ExpoAlfa qued\u00f3 claro que el cultivo de alfalfa est\u00e1 en crecimiento, que hay un marcado inter\u00e9s (y necesidad tambi\u00e9n) de crecer haciendo las \u201ccosas bien\u201d para poder dar respuestas a los pedidos tanto internos como externos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese marco, cada encuentro es una buena apuesta para sumar conocimientos, intercambiar experiencias y lograr esa produccion que nos permita ganar y sostener mercados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semanas atr\u00e1s, el Cl\u00faster de Alfalfa de C\u00f3rdoba organiz\u00f3 una \u201cjornada a campo\u201d en un campo de Morrison propiedad de Michelotti Henificaciones, cuyo responsable es el vicepresidente del Cl\u00faster, Fernando Michelotti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El propio Michelotti destac\u00f3 en di\u00e1logo con TodoAlfalfa la conformidad por la respuesta que tuvo el evento que fue pensado para socios y no socios. El objetivo es claro: \u201csumar a nuevos integrantes al cl\u00faster y que tengan todos estos beneficios que presentamos hoy, m\u00e1quinas, prototipos nuevos que todav\u00eda no se presentan en swiper-pagination-white\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El impulso que tom\u00f3 el cultivo en el ultimo tiempo llev\u00f3 a muchos productores a interesarse. \u201cSe han sumado bastantes productores que no son alfalferos, pero est\u00e1n interesados en empezar\u201d, dijo y agreg\u00f3: \u201ccuando empezamos en Morrison junto a nosotros hab\u00eda un tambo que lo usaba para consumo, pero en la actualidad hay varios productores agr\u00edcolas que se est\u00e1n interesando\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 Michelotti que productor que entra a la alfalfa, quiere seguir creciendo. \u201cNo tiene techo el alfa y la verdad que mercado a nivel internacional y nacional hay para todo, siempre hay mucha demanda, faltan millones de hect\u00e1reas para lograr cubrir la demanda\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, valor\u00f3 a los 91 integrantes del cl\u00faster. \u201cTenemos socios de 11 provincias, empezamos solamente con C\u00f3rdoba, pero ven como trabajamos, que podemos abrir mercados,&nbsp;quien&nbsp;ingresa al cl\u00faster solamente tienen que producir\u201d, concluy\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Conseguir mano de obra calificada, complejo&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs complicado\u201d seg\u00fan entiende. En lo particular, explic\u00f3 que en su caso \u201clos operarios se fueron haciendo desde chicos y hoy la verdad es que yo me quedo tranquilo porque la tienen muy clara\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSaben un mont\u00f3n\u201d, sentenci\u00f3, pero reconoci\u00f3 que \u201cllevo a\u00f1os de capacitaciones, de charlas, de noches esperando que est\u00e9 el pasto en condiciones para poder trabajar\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese marco, ante la falta de trabajadores capacitados, la jornada cont\u00f3 con la presencia de estudiantes de sexto a\u00f1o de la ENA (Escuela de Agricultura) de Bell Ville con el objetivo de que \u201cvayan viendo, pregunten, se saquen las dudas sobre el trabajo\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"todoalfalfa-final-de-la-nota\" id=\"todoalfalfa-1578001958\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whatsapp.com\/channel\/0029VbCBmFB9WtBxJsD3eC2i\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"5\"><img src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/5.gif?fit=728%2C90&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\"  width=\"728\" height=\"90\"   \/><\/a><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fernando Michelotti es vicepresidente del Cl\u00faster en C\u00f3rdoba.
