{"id":49377,"date":"2025-06-09T09:01:37","date_gmt":"2025-06-09T12:01:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/?p=49377"},"modified":"2025-06-09T09:46:38","modified_gmt":"2025-06-09T12:46:38","slug":"el-paso-a-paso-para-producir-megafardos-de-exportacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/el-paso-a-paso-para-producir-megafardos-de-exportacion\/","title":{"rendered":"El paso a paso para producir megafardos de exportaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u201cEl proceso para exportar empieza en el campo\u201d, con esa frase inici\u00f3 la conversaci\u00f3n Alfredo Abboud titular de CADAF (Compa\u00f1\u00eda Argentina de Alfalfas y Forrajes), empresa radicada desde hace 4 a\u00f1os en San Francisco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con las v\u00edas del tren que pasan por el patio de sus galpones, lograron tener un punto a favor clave en la log\u00edstica para enviar su producci\u00f3n exportable al puerto y \u201cbajar costos\u201d el gran problema de las empresas hoy en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TodoAlfalfa visit\u00f3 el establecimiento mientras realizaban una carga que ten\u00eda como destino Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos. Junto a Abboud recorrimos el establecimiento y nos explic\u00f3 paso a paso como es el proceso para producir el megafardo que terminan exportando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"El paso a paso para producir megafardos de exportaci\u00f3n\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8ch1wjZL4HQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEmpieza en el campo con la visita a los proveedores, donde hay una etapa pre corte donde se ve a ver el el cultivo para ver el estado en el que se encuentra\u201d, explic\u00f3 y agreg\u00f3 que all\u00ed realizan la valoraci\u00f3n se toman muestras y se controla la humedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa busca la producci\u00f3n y en la planta se termina de estabilizar (puede demorar hasta 25 d\u00edas). Adem\u00e1s, el empresario insisti\u00f3 con su preferencia de secar al sol. \u201cNosotros&nbsp;seguimos haciendo a la vieja usanza, pero no decimos que el otro sistema&nbsp;sea malo\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que llevan el material del campo al gal\u00f3n de CADAF all\u00ed se estaciona el tiempo necesario, mientras se realiza esa \u201cparada de espera y estabilizaci\u00f3n\u201d se produce para el mercado interno o externo, dependiendo de la calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego, esa alfalfa \u201cdesparramada\u201d una vez que est\u00e1 lista para ser compactada es \u201cempujada por una pala a la prensa y se transforma en megafardos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"todoalfalfa-final-de-la-nota\" id=\"todoalfalfa-1345200935\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whatsapp.com\/channel\/0029VbCBmFB9WtBxJsD3eC2i\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"5\"><img src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/5.gif?fit=728%2C90&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\"  width=\"728\" height=\"90\"   \/><\/a><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con destinos a Arabia Saudita y Emiratos Arabes Unidos, CADAF envi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de mil toneladas de megas en las \u00faltimas semanas.
