Lo \u201csembrado\u201d hace seis meses por ExpoAlfa en Esperanza empieza a dar sus frutos. Es que aquel evento ten\u00eda como objetivo lograr que los productores comiencen a ver en la producci\u00f3n de heno de exportaci\u00f3n una alternativa para invertir y ganar dinero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En los \u00faltimos d\u00edas, desde la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda\u00a0de Santa Fe, se convoc\u00f3 a una reuni\u00f3n con una treintena de productores en Empalme (Villa Constituci\u00f3n) donde se abord\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n de alfalfa para exportaci\u00f3n la misma fue organizada por la Federaci\u00f3n Agraria Argentina Filial Regional Sur de Santa Fe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En di\u00e1logo con TodoAlfalfa, el director de Agricultura, Dami\u00e1n Scarabotti, manifest\u00f3 que \u201cse trat\u00f3 de una reuni\u00f3n significativa\u201d, ya que los productores locales mostraron inter\u00e9s en desarrollar esta iniciativa que todav\u00eda no est\u00e1 a pleno en Santa Fe pero existe intenci\u00f3n de impulsar un plan de trabajo que permita avanzar en este \u00e1mbito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El encuentro fue organizado por la Secretar\u00eda de Comercio Exterior y la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda, all\u00ed los presentes pudieron \u201cresaltar las herramientas y recursos que el Ministerio pone a disposici\u00f3n, especialmente en lo que respecta a cr\u00e9ditos y financiamiento a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Finanzas, perteneciente a la Secretar\u00eda de Coordinaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Del mismo participaron diversos funcionarios, asesores y t\u00e9cnicos, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n Gabriel Osatinsky (secretario General de la C\u00e1mara Argentina Emirat\u00ed de Comercio) y un exportador con intenciones de ayudar al desarrollo del cultivo en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSiguiendo los pasos de C\u00f3rdoba\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo manifest\u00f3 Cristian Caceres, ingeniero Agr\u00f3nomo y asesor del municipio donde se llev\u00f3 a cabo el encuentro. Remarc\u00f3 que la charla permiti\u00f3 exponer la realidad del comercio internacional de alfalfa y el notable potencial de desarrollo en la provincia de Santa Fe, aline\u00e1ndose con el crecimiento observado en C\u00f3rdoba y otras provincias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A su vez, C\u00e1ceres subray\u00f3 la importancia del cultivo de alfalfa en el periurbano, destacando su papel como soluci\u00f3n ambiental ante el creciente problema de las aplicaciones cercanas a los pueblos, buscando una respuesta tanto econ\u00f3mica como ecol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUn paso significativo\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para Gabriel Osatinsky esta reuni\u00f3n fue en un momento clave. Indic\u00f3 que \u201ctodo inici\u00f3 hace un a\u00f1o cuando organizamos una reuni\u00f3n en Santa Fe con representantes de Emiratos \u00c1rabes\u201d all\u00ed discutieron el potencial de la alfalfa generando inter\u00e9s entre los productores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indic\u00f3 que su participaci\u00f3n estuvo relacionada a \u201cofrecer a los productores un esquema de conocimiento sobre la exportaci\u00f3n de alfalfa, dado que tengo experiencia en este \u00e1mbito\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe destacar que Santa Fe produce unas 600 mil hect\u00e1reas pero la mayor\u00eda est\u00e1 relacionada al autoconsumo, no cuenta con plantas de compactaci\u00f3n, aunque posee un sistema log\u00edstico muy eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese sentido, desde el gobierno buscan impulsar a los productores para que inicien el proceso de exportaci\u00f3n de productos de calidad. Por eso fue invitado Gustavo Calamari, un empresario santafesino radicado en Emiratos \u00c1rabes, quien ofreci\u00f3 apoyo en la comercializaci\u00f3n, incluso para fardos no compactados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por lo tanto, para Osatinsky \u201cesta reuni\u00f3n represent\u00f3 un paso significativo hacia el fortalecimiento de los v\u00ednculos comerciales entre Argentina y Medio Oriente. Si bien otras provincias ya est\u00e1n avanzando en este tema, es crucial que Santa Fe tambi\u00e9n contribuya al desarrollo de una l\u00ednea de abastecimiento estable y s\u00f3lida\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se podr\u00eda logra a trav\u00e9s de la implementaci\u00f3n de mejoras en el riego y fertilizaci\u00f3n, de esa manera \u201cpodemos aspirar a un mayor porcentaje de participaci\u00f3n en el mercado internacional, que actualmente se encuentra apenas en un 1,5%\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n
