{"id":49594,"date":"2025-07-08T12:25:08","date_gmt":"2025-07-08T15:25:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/?p=49594"},"modified":"2025-07-10T12:48:36","modified_gmt":"2025-07-10T15:48:36","slug":"duro-comunicado-del-trabajadores-del-inta-rama-caida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/duro-comunicado-del-trabajadores-del-inta-rama-caida\/","title":{"rendered":"Duro comunicado de trabajadores del INTA Rama Ca\u00edda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Esas desregulaciones afectar\u00e1n al Instituto Nacional de Tecnolog\u00eda Industrial (INTI), la Agencia Regulatoria de la Industria del C\u00e1\u00f1amo y el Cannabis Medicinal (ARICCAME) y el Instituto Nacional de la Propiedad Industrial (INPI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo que respecta al INTA, el gobierno inform\u00f3 que \u201cse transformar\u00e1 en un organismo \u201cdesconcentrado\u201d en el \u00e1mbito de la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Pesca del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, para enfocarse en la innovaci\u00f3n y la transferencia tecnol\u00f3gica y dejar de sostener con recursos presupuestarios un organismo sobredimensionado y orientado al extensionismo, la agricultura familiar y la agroecolog\u00eda.El nuevo rol del INTA ser\u00e1 el foco en la investigaci\u00f3n, la creaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas y bienes p\u00fablicos tecnol\u00f3gicos para profundizar la base cient\u00edfica dirigida a la producci\u00f3n agropecuaria y contribuir a la formaci\u00f3n de nuevos productores agropecuarios altamente capacitados, interconectados a trav\u00e9s de redes privadas\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese marco, desde el gremio de los trabajadores y las trabajadoras del INTA seccional Rama Ca\u00edda organizaron una conferencia de prensa y emitieron un comunicado tras la publicaci\u00f3n del decreto 462\/25 en Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/DL2W1vKuDoT\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\" background:#FFF; Esta medida del gobierno nacional destruye el control social que hizo del INTA una<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>organizaci\u00f3n modelo en el pa\u00eds y el mundo, probada a lo largo de sus 69 a\u00f1os de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>existencia. Elimina el Consejo Directivo Nacional y los Consejos de Centros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. El gobierno no quiere el control social que realizan los consejos\u2026 ACASO SERA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PORQUE VAN POR LA CAJA Y LA VENTA DE LOS ACTIVOS DEL ORGANISMO???<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Ponen en manos de un presidente el poder absoluto de la toma de todas las<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>decisiones del INTA. Esta figura va a ser la que tiene el poder de decidir cuantas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sedes son necesarias en cada regi\u00f3n, que temas se van a investigar y cuales no, en<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>funci\u00f3n de su importancia en el sector agropecuario. Esto va a debilitar fuertemente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>el acompa\u00f1amiento institucional de las econom\u00edas regionales, tan importante para<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>el desarrollo local de las provincias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Este presidente va a dirigir el Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico, que reemplaza al Consejo Directivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nacional y Regional. Esta figura ser\u00e1 un ejecutor directo de los lineamientos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>definidos por el poder ejecutivo nacional y tendr\u00e1 la facultad de gestionar bienes,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>recursos, y actividades t\u00e9cnicas\/cient\u00edficas a desarrollar en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Omiten deliberadamente hablar del AREA DE EXTENSION, ser\u00e1 porque el nuevo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>presidente llevar\u00e1 adelante el proyecto presentado en el mes de febrero de cerrar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>las 299 agencias de extensi\u00f3n rural? Siguiendo este rumbo terminan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>definitivamente con la extensi\u00f3n y el vinculo directo con los productores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. A nivel local, actualmente, contamos con 3 Agencias de Extensi\u00f3n con distribuci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>en los tres departamentos del sur de Mendoza, las cuales corren un serio riesgo de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>desaparecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Con respecto al personal, el decreto menciona que se mantendr\u00e1n los puestos de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>trabajo, HASTA TANTO SE DEFINA LA NUEVA ESTRUCTURA (potestad del presidente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>del INTA). Esto deja la puerta abierta para avanzar con la puesta en disponibilidad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>de 1500 trabajadores y trabajadoras y el plan de retiros voluntarios que debilitara<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fuertemente el accionar del INTA en cada regi\u00f3n del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mismo llega la firma del licenciado Andr\u00e9s Quiroga, Secretario General de APINTA.
