{"id":50450,"date":"2025-09-19T07:56:27","date_gmt":"2025-09-19T10:56:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/?p=50450"},"modified":"2025-09-19T07:56:29","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T10:56:29","slug":"el-camino-hacia-la-calidad-en-la-produccion-de-alfalfa-un-esfuerzo-conjunto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/el-camino-hacia-la-calidad-en-la-produccion-de-alfalfa-un-esfuerzo-conjunto\/","title":{"rendered":"El camino hacia la calidad en la producci\u00f3n de Alfalfa: Un esfuerzo conjunto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el marco de la presentaci\u00f3n oficial de ExpoAlfa C\u00f3rdoba, dialogamos con Jos\u00e9 Brigante, representante de la C\u00e1mara Argentina de Alfalfa y valor\u00f3 el trabajo incansable realizado de manera conjunta para \u201cdespertar un inter\u00e9s renovado en el sector de la alfalfa\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manifest\u00f3 que \u201ca lo largo de las jornadas ExpoAlfa (Esperanza, Patagonia Norte y C\u00f3rdoba) se pudo observar un crecimiento constante y una evidencia palpable de que el p\u00fablico comienza a interesarse cada vez m\u00e1s en esta \u00e1rea\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la C\u00e1mara entienden que este crecimiento no solo representa un indicador positivo, sino tambi\u00e9n la satisfacci\u00f3n de ver c\u00f3mo un esfuerzo que comenz\u00f3 hace tiempo empieza a materializarse en resultados concretos, sum\u00e1ndole el inter\u00e9s que los gobiernos comienzan a mostrar en la causa lo que es \u201cun avance significativo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brigante destac\u00f3 que \u201cen sus primeras etapas el impulso provino principalmente de inversiones y desarrollos de empresas privadas. Sin embargo, ahora, vemos como las autoridades empiezan a escuchar nuestras propuestas y se alinean con nuestra C\u00e1mara para colaborar en iniciativas conjuntas\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis deja en claro que el cambio es crucial porque entiende Brigante que \u201cse est\u00e1 visibilizando el valor de nuestro trabajo y comprendi\u00e9ndolo en su contexto. Creemos firmemente que estas jornadas de participaci\u00f3n (por ExpoAlfa) ser\u00e1n particularmente enriquecedoras\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante hacer un an\u00e1lisis de lo que ha sucedido en los \u00faltimos dos o tres a\u00f1os, especialmente este a\u00f1o, cuando la palabra \u00abcalidad\u00bb ha cobrado un lugar destacado en las discusiones sobre alfalfa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el titular de la C\u00e1mara Argentina de Alfalfa eso no debe ser solo \u201cuna mera expresi\u00f3n de deseo\u201d, por lo que \u201chemos replanteado nuestra estrategia y encontramos que involucrar a los actores del conocimiento es clave. Aquellos que operan en diversas regiones del pa\u00eds, como los profesionales del INTA, universidades y otros desarrolladores, son quienes realmente pueden aportar la experiencia necesaria para garantizar la producci\u00f3n de alfalfa de calidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valor\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la Diplomaltura en Alfalfas de Calidad que organizan TodoAlfalfa y la UNVM porque \u201cofrece un alto nivel de conocimiento\u201d, para Brigante es motivo de orgullo contar con casi 100 personas en esta primera edici\u00f3n con participacion de alumnos de distintas regiones de Argentina, pero tambi\u00e9n de pa\u00edses vecinos como Venezuela, Brasil, Uruguay, M\u00e9xico, lo que refleja la importancia y el impacto que esta iniciativa ha generado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los principales actores de esta cadena productiva son conscientes que est\u00e1n en el camino correcto, pero es esencial innovar y adaptarse para mantener el rumbo. \u201cNuestro compromiso debe permanecer firme en
