queremos expresar nuestra preocupaci\u00f3n por la situaci\u00f3n actual del mercado interno, que atraviesa un momento sumamente delicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estamos produciendo en una amplia regi\u00f3n \u2014que abarca desde el oeste santafesino hasta gran parte del centro y del norte cordob\u00e9s\u2014 donde son numerosos los productores que hoy tienen parte importante de su producci\u00f3n (por swiper-pagination-white\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En muchos casos, cuando se logra vender, se hace a valores de quebranto, lo cual agrava el problema y lo traslada hacia adelante sin soluci\u00f3n de fondo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien se habla de la alfalfa como \u201coro verde\u201d, asociando esta idea al aumento de exportaciones, hay algunos puntos que entiendo deben aclararse. Es cierto que la exportaci\u00f3n creci\u00f3 y que existe una oportunidad, pero tambi\u00e9n es necesario analizar el panorama completo: no todo lo producido es exportable, y los est\u00e1ndares internacionales de calidad son altos y dif\u00edciles de alcanzar, especialmente en sistemas a cielo abierto sin infraestructura de secado y acondicionado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-todo-alfalfa wp-block-embed-todo-alfalfa\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"cfTZHOKm0J\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/hacer-alfalfa-en-el-periurbano-se-puede\/\">Hacer alfalfa en el periurbano \u00bfse puede?<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"\u00abHacer alfalfa en el periurbano \u00bfse puede?\u00bb \u2014 Todo Alfalfa\" src=\"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/hacer-alfalfa-en-el-periurbano-se-puede\/embed\/#?secret=VNyqurvecC#?secret=cfTZHOKm0J\" data-secret=\"cfTZHOKm0J\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La realidad es que el porcentaje exportable sigue siendo bajo, y el grueso de la producci\u00f3n termina en el mercado interno, donde los valores muchas veces no cubren los costos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, producir heno a cielo abierto implica riesgos enormes: una lluvia puede transformar en minutos una mercader\u00eda exportable en un producto que pierde valor incluso para el mercado interno.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A esto se suman costos ocultos y crecientes: ventanas de trabajo muy peque\u00f1as, necesidad de sobredimensionar maquinaria, estiba bajo techo, acondicionamiento adecuado, medici\u00f3n de humedad y log\u00edstica. Incluso el flete en mercado interno tiene una incidencia alt\u00edsima sobre el precio final, afectando a productores chicos, medianos y grandes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" data-effect=\"slide\" style=\"--aspect-ratio:calc(844 \/ 1024)\"><div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_container swiper-container\"><ul celebrar la exportaci\u00f3n es v\u00e1lido, pero evitando instalar una visi\u00f3n simplificada y lejana a la realidad que genere falsas expectativas e incentive inversiones sin informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica\/econ\u00f3mica real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eso provoca una sobreoferta interna, ca\u00edda de precios que derivan, finalmente, en situaciones econ\u00f3micas dif\u00edciles de
