Agr. Pablo Larsonneau, del instituto Arvalis (Francia) en el Congreso Mundial de Alfalfa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio se posiciona bajo el paradigma de reintegrar el cultivo de alfalfa dentro de los \u00abL\u00edmites Planetarios\u00bb, un concepto cr\u00edtico para la sostenibilidad de la agricultura moderna.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este esfuerzo cuenta con el respaldo de una red institucional entre las que se encuentran&nbsp; Arvalis, el Institut de l&#8217;\u00c9levage y el programa Cap Prot\u00e9ines, con el apoyo de iniciativas como France Relance, Climatveg y la participaci\u00f3n activa de las c\u00e1maras de agricultura de las regiones de Rh\u00f4ne, Ard\u00e8che, Loire y Puy-de-D\u00f4me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" robustez del estudio se sustenta en una escala experimental de alta precisi\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Temporalidad: 4 a\u00f1os de experimentaci\u00f3n continua para capturar la variabilidad interanual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Dise\u00f1o Experimental: Implementaci\u00f3n en 3 sitios de Arvalis y 5 ensayos en campos de productores reales (R\u00e9seau), garantizando la aplicabilidad de los datos en condiciones de producci\u00f3n comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Objetivo Estrat\u00e9gico: Cuantificar la respuesta biol\u00f3gica al riego tanto en alfalfa como en gram\u00edneas estrat\u00e9gico\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un contexto de crisis clim\u00e1tica, la gesti\u00f3n del riego no puede ser una pr\u00e1ctica intuitiva. Por ello, se busca aportar datos concretos para que el uso de agua para riego sea una herramienta de precisi\u00f3n, asegurando la estabilidad productiva en regiones vulnerables y validando el papel de la alfalfa como pilar de la resiliencia forrajera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para desglosar la curva de respuesta de la alfalfa frente al consumo de agua, se establecieron diversas modalidades de riego. Este enfoque busca romper con la tradici\u00f3n del riego intensivo, demostrando que intervenciones puntuales pueden ser m\u00e1s eficientes que el mantenimiento de niveles m\u00e1ximos de hidrataci\u00f3n constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El agua no solo altera el volumen de materia seca, sino que redefine la arquitectura biol\u00f3gica de la alfalfa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El r\u00e9gimen h\u00eddrico altera dr\u00e1sticamente la distribuci\u00f3n de las ra\u00edces. En condiciones de ETM 100, la planta concentra su proporci\u00f3n de ra\u00edces en el horizonte superior de 30 cm, donde el recurso es abundante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por el contrario, la alfalfa en secano mantiene un perfil m\u00e1s distribuido, explorando horizontes de hasta 70-80 cm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" data-effect=\"slide\"
