Sin embargo, el sector atraviesa una fase de transici\u00f3n cr\u00edtica donde el volumen de biomasa ya no es suficiente por s\u00ed solo; el nuevo imperativo estrat\u00e9gico para el productor argentino es la migraci\u00f3n de la \u00abcantidad\u00bb hacia la \u00abcalidad\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un mercado global cada vez m\u00e1s exigente, producir materia seca sin valor nutricional compromete la rentabilidad y el posicionamiento del pa\u00eds como proveedor de excelencia. Por eso, Denis Uboldi, director comercial y de marketing de la empresa destac\u00f3 la importancia de \u201ceficientizar los procesos de recolecci\u00f3n y que estos no degraden el material\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En di\u00e1logo con TodoAlfalfa, el empresario italiano atendi\u00f3 a nuestro medio en el stand de Piersanti Plataformas que en el marco de sus 40 a\u00f1os present\u00f3 este rastrillo como la novedad para el sector forrajero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claro est\u00e1 que nuestro pa\u00eds atraviesa una actualidad con abundancia de pasto, pero padece una carencia estructural de valor nutricional en el producto final. Este da\u00f1o es especialmente cr\u00edtico si ha ocurrido una lluvia tras el segado, acelerando un rebrote tierno que la maquinaria convencional destruye al pasar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e9rdida de hojas por fricci\u00f3n: El arrastre violento desprende la hoja, donde reside la mayor concentraci\u00f3n proteica, perdiendo el valor que el productor se esforz\u00f3 en cultivar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Uboldi, la alfalfa es una planta con \u00abmemoria\u00bb. Las agresiones mec\u00e1nicas y el estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico o f\u00edsico se acumulan, afectando su persistencia. Un manejo deficiente mediante rastrillados agresivos reduce la vida \u00fatil del alfalfar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar esto, asegura el empresario que es fundamental el concepto de \u00ablevantado\u00bb que ofrece la ROC mediante dedos muy ligeros que busquen el producto de abajo hacia arriba sin golpear la corona ni el rebrote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Innovaci\u00f3n en el procesamiento: El concepto de rastrillo de cinta\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La arquitectura de la maquinaria es determinante para preservar la integridad de la alfalfa.
