Los competidores hist\u00f3ricos del hemisferio norte enfrentan una erosi\u00f3n de sus m\u00e1rgenes de rentabilidad. \u00abEstados Unidos tiene una condici\u00f3n bastante m\u00e1s compleja, que es que ni siquiera el productor americano promedio de Alfalfa est\u00e1 llegando al Break-Even. Detr\u00e1s pasa el tren que le permite transportar su producci\u00f3n al puerto<\/sup><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumado a la falta de competitividad est\u00e1 la inestabilidad geopol\u00edtica en el Golfo, que ha impactado los flujos comerciales mediante dos sobrecostos espec\u00edficos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recargo por riesgo de guerra: Un impacto directo de aproximadamente 10 USD\/ton en seguros y fletes mar\u00edtimos tradicionales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumento del valor del combustible: Ante la necesidad de utilizar rutas alternativas, el impacto del combustible oscila entre los 25 y 30 USD\/ton.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mitigar los riesgos del Estrecho de Ormuz, el sector est\u00e1 recurriendo a infraestructuras log\u00edsticas fuera de la zona de conflicto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puertos de Om\u00e1n: Salalah y Sohar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puertos de Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos: Fujairah y Khor Fakkan (estrat\u00e9gicamente ubicados fuera del Golfo P\u00e9rsico).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log\u00edstica terrestre: Movimiento de carga v\u00eda cami\u00f3n desde estos puertos para garantizar el suministro, validando precios finales m\u00e1s altos debido a que \u00ablas vacas deben seguir comiendo\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado de las exportaciones argentinas ha estado marcado por una cultura de informalidad que ha lesionado la reputaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds. Abboud fue cr\u00edtico con situaciones que se dieron en ocasiones donde se captaban clientes con embarques de alta calidad para luego incumplir las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas o los vol\u00famenes son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Variabilidad en niveles de humedad, presencia de malezas y desarrollo de hongos en entregas sucesivas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incumplimiento de vol\u00famenes: Promesas de capacidad de carga no respaldadas por stocks reales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falta de estandarizaci\u00f3n: La ausencia de un lenguaje t\u00e9cnico com\u00fan entre productor, industria y comprador.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abPara enamorar a ese cliente hemos mandado mercader\u00eda buen\u00edsima. Una vez que capturabamos a ese cliente, empez\u00e1bamos a mandar mercader\u00eda de cualquier tipo&#8230; eso nos est\u00e1 costando mucho revertirlo\u00bb, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tiempo y la reorganizaci\u00f3n de los pa\u00edses compradores llev\u00f3 a un cambio sist\u00e9mico en el mercado global. Regiones como el Golfo P\u00e9rsico y China, con grandes corporaciones, est\u00e1n absorbiendo a los peque\u00f1os operadores.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha situaci\u00f3n altera la din\u00e1mica de negociaci\u00f3n: Argentina ya no enfrenta a m\u00faltiples compradores dispersos, sino a bloques con alto poder de negociaci\u00f3n que exigen contratos de largo plazo y seriedad operativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esa situaci\u00f3n, Abboud plantea que la pr\u00e1ctica argentina de vender seg\u00fan la oportunidad es \u201caltamente destructiva\u201d. Asegura que derivar un cami\u00f3n al mercado interno por una diferencia de $5 o $10 USD frente a un compromiso de exportaci\u00f3n no solo es una falta de \u00e9tica comercial, sino un error estrat\u00e9gico que debilita el negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abHay que sacarse el chip de la argentinidad al palo&#8230; el productor al que le compraste durante toda la campa\u00f1a, apareci\u00f3 alguien con una necesidad y deriva ese cami\u00f3n por 5 d\u00f3lares m\u00e1s que le va a comprar una vez el tambo porque se qued\u00f3 sin mercader\u00eda\u00bb, remarc\u00f3 dejando en claro su postura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, sostuvo que hay que construir relaciones basadas en la equidad contractual, sabiendo que es la \u00fanica v\u00eda para sostener la presencia en mercados que planifican sus stocks con meses de antelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Inversiones para afrontar los desaf\u00edos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que Argentina pueda transformarse en la potencia que todos creen deber\u00e1 realizar inversiones en&nbsp; infraestructura y una nueva l\u00f3gica de fijaci\u00f3n de precios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que el orador recomend\u00f3 invertir en tinglados que \u201cse paga solo con la p\u00e9rdida de dos cortes. Dos cortes que estaban bien hechos&#8230; el no tener un tinglado para poder guardarlo se paga solo\u00bb. El resguardo del material es la \u00fanica garant\u00eda de mantener el valor RFV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, como la alfalfa no es un commodity puro, genera una volatilidad de precios que dificulta la planificaci\u00f3n, por lo que se propone una f\u00f3rmula que vincule el precio a indicadores como el gasoil, la prote\u00edna (comparada con soja Hypro) y la pizarra de Chicago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, como necesidad urgente, alinear los precios de la alfalfa con los costos de arrendamiento.
