Los ganaderos de carne, tambi\u00e9n se mostraron optimistas con lo que viene.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan este primer relevamiento de 2017, m\u00e1s de la mitad de los tambos proyectan aumento de producci\u00f3n total en 2017\/18 en relaci\u00f3n al per\u00edodo anterior, debido a variaciones en el n\u00famero de vacas en orde\u00f1e (14%), en la producci\u00f3n individual (31%), y en ambos (55%).<\/p>\n<p>Se destaca que los cambios responden a mejoras en las expectativas de los tamberos que se traducen en modificaciones de los esquemas nutricionales.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, 38% de empresas manifiestan que en los \u00faltimos 3 meses secaron m\u00e1s vacas que lo planeado, los principales motivos son baja producci\u00f3n (59%) y d\u00e9ficit de forraje (23%), en gran parte asociado a adversidades clim\u00e1ticas del verano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En ganader\u00eda, se conf\u00eda en las buenas perspectivas del negocio<\/strong><br \/>\nEn ganader\u00eda se observa en 6 de cada 10 empresas, una tendencia de aumento de rodeos de cr\u00eda y recr\u00eda, en respuesta a buenas expectativas del negocio. Asimismo, el 60 % de los encuestados manifiestan que planean aumentar la retenci\u00f3n en cr\u00eda, valores altos respecto de la serie 2013\/2017, aunque menor al relevado un a\u00f1o atr\u00e1s. Por otro parte, casi 2 de cada 3 empresas, esperan una mayor cantidad de terneros a destetar respecto al ejercicio anterior, el motivo se centra principalmente en las favorables condiciones para la
