{"id":808,"date":"2017-05-19T16:31:37","date_gmt":"2017-05-19T19:31:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/todoalfalfa.com.ar\/?p=808"},"modified":"2017-05-19T16:31:37","modified_gmt":"2017-05-19T19:31:37","slug":"relevan-online-6-millones-de-hectareas-forrajeras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/relevan-online-6-millones-de-hectareas-forrajeras\/","title":{"rendered":"Relevan online 6 millones de hect\u00e1reas forrajeras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un consorcio p\u00fablico-privado integrado por la Facultad de Agronom\u00eda de la UBA (FAUBA), el INTA y AACREA comenz\u00f3 a brindar un servicio online gratuito de informaci\u00f3n forrajera que releva 6 millones de hect\u00e1reas y cubre las principales regiones ganaderas del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan public\u00f3 el portal Sobre La Tierra, cuenta con datos actuales sobre del estado de las recursos forrajeros, principal fuente de alimento de los rodeos ganaderos del pa\u00eds, y los comparas con la situaci\u00f3n promedio de las \u00faltimas dos d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p>El informe forrajero m\u00e1s reciente, correspondiente al oto\u00f1o de 2017, se encuentra disponible en la p\u00e1gina <a href=\"http:\/\/produccionforrajes.org.ar\/\">produccionforrajes.org.ar<\/a>, con una muestra representativa de toda la Mesopotamia, parte del Chaco y Patagonia, y pr\u00e1cticamente todas las \u00e1reas ganaderas de la Regi\u00f3n Pampeana. La informaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 presentada de una manera sencilla con gr\u00e1ficos, tablas y comentarios.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa es financiada por el Instituto de Promoci\u00f3n de Carne Vacuna Argentina (IPCVA), el Ministerio de Agroindustria (MINAGRO), el CONICET y la Agencia Naci\u00f3n de Promoci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica y Tecnol\u00f3gica (ANPCyT). Est\u00e1 dirigida a funcionarios p\u00fablicos as\u00ed como a otros decisores de la cadena de la carne, como asesores y ganaderos que operan a escala nacional, regional, provincial o departamental, y que requieren disponer de informaci\u00f3n confiable sobre el estado del forraje para tomar decisiones sobre una base m\u00e1s objetiva.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsa informaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda ser \u00fatil para detectar problemas de escasez o exceso de forraje y, por lo tanto, anticipar posibles soluciones: desde estrategias de manejo hasta medidas paliativas de ayuda\u201d, explic\u00f3 Mart\u00edn Oesterheld, codirector del Laboratorio de An\u00e1lisis Regional y Teledetecci\u00f3n (LART), de la FAUBA y el CONICET, al sitio de divulgaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica Sobre la Tierra. Y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el proyecto se enmarca en el Observatorio Nacional de Producci\u00f3n Forrajera.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Mariano Oyarzabal, quien tambi\u00e9n es investigador del LART, se explay\u00f3: \u201cUn pol\u00edtico podr\u00eda no s\u00f3lo identificar regiones, provincias o departamentos en problemas, sino tambi\u00e9n tener una medida cuantificada del exceso o d\u00e9ficit de forraje. Por su parte, un asesor podr\u00eda poner en contexto hist\u00f3rico la situaci\u00f3n actual de la producci\u00f3n de materia seca de la zona en la que trabaja, por ejemplo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAspiramos a generar tres informes por a\u00f1o, en momentos clave: Al inicio y al final de la estaci\u00f3n de crecimiento, y dentro de la estaci\u00f3n de crecimiento, en el momento de m\u00e1xima producci\u00f3n de materia seca\u201d, inform\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Informaci\u00f3n detallada<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cTenemos informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s detallada en las regiones Pampeana, Patag\u00f3nica y Chaco. En estos casos llegamos a estimar la producci\u00f3n de materia seca en kg\/ha a escala de potrero para los recursos forrajeros m\u00e1s importantes. En cambio, en la Regi\u00f3n Mesopot\u00e1mica calculamos un estimador sin llegar a cuantificar directamente la producci\u00f3n de materia seca, aunque a los fines comparativos entre lo actual y el promedio hist\u00f3rico es lo mismo\u201d, inform\u00f3 Lisandro Blanco, investigador del INTA Chamical.<\/p>\n<p>El informe forrajero es resultado de cinco a\u00f1os de trabajo entre la FAUBA, el INTA y AACREA. En este tiempo tambi\u00e9n realizaron un mapeo de las unidades de vegetaci\u00f3n en diferentes \u00e1reas ganaderas del pa\u00eds y estimaron la oferta forrajera de cada unidad de vegetaci\u00f3n. Hoy, esa sinergia les permiti\u00f3 generar este nuevo avance, el informe forrajero.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el INTA Concepci\u00f3n del Uruguay, Mart\u00edn Durante sostuvo: \u201cTrabajamos de modo interinstitucional, aprovechando las fortalezas de cada instituci\u00f3n participante. As\u00ed logramos aumentar la cobertura geogr\u00e1fica, disminuir el tiempo de procesamiento y divulgar los resultados entre m\u00e1s interesados con un formato m\u00e1s acorde\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Una de los aspectos que se destacan del trabajo en el consorcio es el detalle de la informaci\u00f3n forrajera del pa\u00eds por tipo de pastura cultivada (agropiro, gatton panic o polif\u00edtica, entre otros) o tipo de pastizal (estepa o mall\u00edn). \u201cComo con los sat\u00e9lites no podemos detectar de qu\u00e9 tipo de recurso forrajero se trata, esa informaci\u00f3n es provista principalmente por productores, el relevamientos del MINAGRO y mapas de uso del suelo\u201d, inform\u00f3 Mercedes Vassallo, de AACREA.<\/p>\n<div class=\"todoalfalfa-final-de-la-nota\"
