{"id":825,"date":"2017-05-25T17:54:41","date_gmt":"2017-05-25T20:54:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/todoalfalfa.com.ar\/?p=825"},"modified":"2017-05-25T17:54:41","modified_gmt":"2017-05-25T20:54:41","slug":"la-cadena-del-heno-de-alfalfa-en-el-valle-inferior-del-rio-negro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.todoalfalfa.com.ar\/noticias\/la-cadena-del-heno-de-alfalfa-en-el-valle-inferior-del-rio-negro\/","title":{"rendered":"La cadena del heno de alfalfa en el Valle Inferior del R\u00edo Negro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El objetivo de un trabajo realizado por \u00a0Mario Villegas Nigra, Pablo Tagliani, Fernando La Rosa, Daniel Mi\u00f1on, Guillermo Jocano, Gabriel Carusso, Alejandra Bozal, Mar\u00eda Farroni integrantes del Centro Universitario Regional Zona Atl\u00e1ntica (CURZA), Universidad Nacional del Comahue; y el Instituto de Desarrollo del Valle Inferior de R\u00edo Negro fue describir los aspectos m\u00e1s destacados de la cadena del heno de alfalfa en este valle a partir del an\u00e1lisis de la superficie cultivada, producci\u00f3n, mercados, etc., conocer los actores involucrados y las principales fortalezas y puntos cr\u00edticos que afectan el normal desenvolvimiento de la misma.<\/p>\n<p>Se recurri\u00f3 a los conceptos de territorio, agroindustria rural, gobernanza y redes socio-t\u00e9cnicas y\/o cadenas, mientras que la metodolog\u00eda utilizada consisti\u00f3 en la recolecci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n primaria y secundaria; en el primer caso se encuest\u00f3 a diferentes informantes calificados. Las conclusiones indican que la cadena es competitiva ya que se vincula regionalmente y globalmente con exigentes mercados, que incluye tanto a peque\u00f1os, medianos y grandes productores, y que es posible trabajar en forma conjunta entre las instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas para remover los puntos cr\u00edticos que la afectan.<\/p>\n<p><a
